Executive Assistant to Head LPC EUS

The Executive Assistant acts as operational support, ensuring proper execution of the Head LPC and Leadership Team\'s principal activities
The primary tasks would include the following:
- Prepare presentations, prioritizing and coordinating daily agenda.
- Collect and analyze data to prepare monthly KPI reports.
- Conduct market research and analytics regarding operational data.
- Manage the items on the business-line calls meetings.
- Organize internal and external meetings and timely preparation of agenda and related documents.
- Liaise with the Group company heads and management team members of the regional organizations, as well as their respective assistants.
- Perform various administrative and organizational tasks including, business trips, workshops, events, and meetings (internal and external meetings), including the timely preparation of agenda and related documents, various administrative and organizational tasks such as travel expenses, approvals, and tracking of open actions.
- Cover for other assistants if needed, during their absence.
Education:
- Formal academic qualification in management or other business functions.
- Post-graduate degree would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in operations or finance.
- Exposure in an industrial engineering and multinational environment would be a preference.
- Candidate with IoT background would be preferred.
- Proficient in English, both in speaking and writing.
