Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive\xe2\x80\x99s behalf.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Managing the executive\xe2\x80\x99s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is required
  • Visiting vendors and government entities
  • Having experience running a department or managing a business or a division.
  • Being competent enough to complete things independently is essential.
Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Business process: 5 years (Preferred)
