Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive\xe2\x80\x99s behalf.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
Managing the executive\xe2\x80\x99s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Requirements and Skills:
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is required
Visiting vendors and government entities
Having experience running a department or managing a business or a division.
Being competent enough to complete things independently is essential.
