Via Medica International Healthcare is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and executive support duties while serving as the primary point of contact between the executive leadership and internal stakeholders. This role provides high-level support to the executive team to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duty Hours: 48 Hours per week for 5 days
Essential Functions
Manages professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
Coordinates complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to CEO/senior executives.
Manages, coordinates, and arranges CEO/senior executives' travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination. * Performs administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, sending emails, and maintenance of filing system and contact database.
