We are seeking a junior to mid-level Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities. The role focuses on calendar management, documentation, follow-ups, and internal coordination, rather than high-level strategic or confidential decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the COO's calendar, meetings, and reminders
Coordinate internal meetings and prepare basic agendas and MOMs
Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and document filing
Prepare simple reports, presentations, and trackers (Excel / PowerPoint)
Coordinate with internal departments for task follow-ups
Assist in travel bookings, meeting logistics, and office coordination
Maintain organized records of documents and approvals
Support basic administrative tasks as assigned by the COO
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma (any discipline)
1-3 years of experience in admin, secretary, or assistant role
Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
