The role involves managing the Chairman's daily schedule, meetings, travel, and personal tasks, while ensuring smooth coordination between teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be polished, professional, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and communications.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project documentation.
Arrange domestic/international travel - flights, hotels, visas, itineraries.
Handle personal errands, bookings, and scheduling.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors on behalf of the Chairman.
Support event coordination and office management tasks.

Requirements:
Female preferred.
5-8 years of relevant experience supporting senior leadership.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (Hindi preferred).
Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
Professional, discreet, and flexible to travel.
Available for a 6-day work week.
