We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Personal/Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in managing daily operations across pharmaceutical distribution, retail pharmacies, and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination, task management, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Track and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
Prepare reports, presentations, and handle correspondence.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist in overseeing operations and special projects.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/task management tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
