A smart, stylish, and professional woman who fits our luxury brand image.

She must be multitasking: reception, assistant, and admin support in one. Must be presentable, confident, and client-facing (welcoming clients, handling calls, professional emails). Computer skills are essential: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) CRM tools knowledge is a plus (HubSpot, Zoho, Monday). Strong English (written & spoken). Extra languages are a bonus. Organized, proactive, detail-oriented.
Role duties:

Manage reception and act as the company's face. Organize meetings, calendars, and correspondence. Support interior design & real estate projects with admin. Keep the office running smoothly. Handle some personal assistant tasks if needed.
