Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
CRM tools knowledge is a plus (HubSpot, Zoho, Monday).
Strong English (written & spoken). Extra languages are a bonus.
Organized, proactive, detail-oriented.
Role duties:
Manage reception and act as the company's face.
Organize meetings, calendars, and correspondence.
Support interior design & real estate projects with admin.
Keep the office running smoothly.
Handle some personal assistant tasks if needed.
