Executive Assistant
to support a mix of personal and administrative responsibilities for an entrepreneur in Dubai. You'll help keep operations smooth, stay on top of tasks, and bring structure across both professional and personal matters.
Key responsibilities
Manage reminders, appointments, and follow-ups (personal & professional).
Handle light admin (emails, invoices, receipts, scanning, file organization).
Research and coordinate providers, services, logistics, and online orders.
Assist with purchases, bookings, and occasional local errands.
Support small projects (contacting providers, organizing information, liaising with freelancers).
Occasionally handle document drop-offs/pickups within Dubai.
Anticipate needs and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Ideal profile
Fluent in French and English
(spoken & written).
Based in Dubai
with good local knowledge.
Organized, trustworthy, solution-oriented; calm under pressure and detail-driven.
