  • Catering to the dynamic requirement of an organization by efficiently communicating with top level management.
  • Simplifying existing data management system for efficient storage of in-house documents and reports.
  • Exhibiting exemplary scheduling and time management skills for formal visits and travel.
  • Contributing in digitization of the workplace by implementing tools like MS Office for daily activities.
  • Interpreting the highlights of discussions to formulate a concise checklist for further evaluation.
  • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
  • Managing and drafting correspondences and email communications.
  • Assisting in day-to-day administrative works.
  • Planning and Scheduling appointments/ meetings.
  • Scheduling travel arrangements.
  • Willing to travel as per work requirements
  • Generate reports and presentations as required
