. You will play a key role in streamlining operations, handling confidential information, and ensuring that the executive's time is optimized and focused on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the executive(s)
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and calendars
Prepare presentations, reports, and technical documents as required
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Assist in project coordination with a focus on engineering or contracting-related tasks
Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and external partners
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
Manage deadlines and support key business initiatives
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in
Engineering
(Mechanical, Civil, or related field preferred)
? 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative/technical support role
? Prior experience in the
contracting, construction, or engineering sector
is highly desirable
? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
? Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus
? Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
? Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment
