Job Description

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: Essential Responsibilities: o Coordinating, scheduling and managing meetings both in person and by VCs (Zoom/MS Teams) for co-founder and his team o Extensive calendar management, dealing with the team internally and with clients o Calendar support to the rest of the team when required o Restaurant and car bookings o Provide extensive travel arrangements for the family, including: booking flights, visa applications, accommodation, ground transfers, arranging meetings and preparation of itineraries if needed o Expense submission o Liaise with staff and family members o Liaise with external parties on behalf of the family o Properties management: overseeing maintenance and upkeep of properties, including liaising with contractors and managing renovations or repairs o Book medical appointments, insurance claims and track refunds. PERSON SPECIFICATION WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND: Essential o 5 years' experience as a PA or concierge o Experience in International / multi-cultural organization o Background in roles that required responding quickly to changing priorities and emergencies o Diary management (across different time zones) o Business / Personal trips bookings Desirable o Experience in finance o Experience in organising events o Basic bookkeeping and budget management
