\xe2\x80\x8bCharterhouse is working with an exciting everchanging organisation within Cyptocurrency and Digital Assets, who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to work closely with and support a C-Level Executive. This role will focus on financial analysis, therefore, the candidate must have experience working within the financial market as well as excellent knowledge of cryptocurrency.

About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will execute tasks delegated by the CEO within a fast-paced environment. This is a varied role with main responsibilities divided between professional support, office coordination and research analysis.

The main duties will include diary and email management, scheduling meetings, conference calls and complex travel arrangements. This role will take on additional tasks such as preparing materials for meetings and presentations including data analysis and representing the CEO at meetings and events, including public speaking when necessary.

The Executive Assistant will also conduct analysis of financial and cryptocurrency markets whilst providing strategic action plans, managing cryptocurrency-related investment portfolios, monitoring changes in regulations within cryptocurrency as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

About You
To be considered for this role, the successful applicant should have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Economics, Blockchain Technology or related fields with industry knowledge and experience, having gained experience in the UAE. Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years\' experience working within the financial industry with exceptional cryptocurrency knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who works well independently and a strong decision maker with analytical skills. This role requires excellent organisational and time management skills as well as strong communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal, allowing the candidate to build and maintain relationships with government agencies, financial institutions and crypto community.
