We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Sales Director. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations related to invoicing, deliveries, installations, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination
Coordinate with clients regarding POs, deliveries, installations, and payment status.
Prepare and send quotations; follow up with customers until closure.
Maintain continuous communication until the completion of each sale.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for invoice processing, delivery scheduling, and installation arrangements.
Ensure timely communication between departments to avoid delays.
Reporting & Follow-Up
Prepare weekly reports covering deliveries, installations, and payments.
Closely monitor pending deliveries and outstanding payments.
Generate monthly consolidated reports on sales, deliveries, installations, pending items, and payment status.
Support to Sales Director
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Sales Director.
Provide administrative and operational support as required.
Ensure all sales processes are tracked from quotation to completion.
Requirements
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow up proactively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Experience in sales coordination or similar roles is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
