We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Personal Assistant

with a background in

social media, digital marketing, and people relations

. This role goes beyond traditional assistant duties you'll be supporting daily operations, managing online presence, coordinating meetings, and acting as a bridge between our brand and the public.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, socially confident, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and handle communications Assist with day to day personal and professional tasks Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Monitor online engagement, respond to messages/comments, and grow audience interaction Coordinate events, meetings, and follow-ups with clients, collaborators, or vendors Assist with basic digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, and online promotions Represent the brand professionally in both online and in-person settings

Requirements:

Proven experience as a personal assistant, social media manager, or digital marketing coordinator Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic/English) Proficient in social media platforms, Canva, and scheduling tools Familiar with email marketing tools Strong people skills and emotional intelligence Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask Discretion and trustworthiness handling confidential information Flexible schedule and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in PR, marketing, or communications Basic graphic design or video editing skills Photography or content creation experience
