Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
Handle professional and personal correspondence, including emails and task tracking.
Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting notes, and track action points.
Conduct thorough research on various topics and summarize findings clearly.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations (with a focus on Excel proficiency).
Maintain and organize office operations, supplies, and administrative tasks.
Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist with project management and executive-level communications.
Support the preparation of documents and presentations for key business initiatives.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Office Coordinator role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Strong research skills and internet navigation abilities.
A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Prior experience supporting C-level executives is preferred.
