Hours: Full-time (US Time Zone)

Reports to: Operations Manager & CEO

We're looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays calm under pressure, and is ready to grow with a dynamic international wellness brand.

This is a key support role where you'll act as a right hand to leadership, ensuring the smooth execution of operations, communication, and task management across teams and occasionally supporting with personal and administrative tasks for management when needed.

We are looking for:

Fluent English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and efficient A strong sense of initiative, independence, and problem-solving Discreet, dependable, and trustworthy -- handling sensitive information is part of the role Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities Comfortable working under tight deadlines and shifting priorities Must be tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and workflows Previous EA, operations, or admin experience strongly preferred Previous social media management, Google and Meta Ads Management experience is preferred but not mandatory. Must be based in the UAE and available to work US hours
