Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage calendar and scheduling for executives--coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with efficiency and discretion Prepare executive-level documents: reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow- up notes Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders--respond to emails, calls, and meeting requests professionally Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and correspondence Support the planning and coordination of internal and external events, including board meetings and off-site engagements

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in professional/business English Highly organized and detail-driven with excellent time management Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
