About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Founder in day-to-day operations, strategic projects, and communications. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles sensitive information with discretion, and is one step ahead at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the right hand to the Founder, managing calendars, meetings, and priorities
Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the Founder
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables with various teams and partners
Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and event planning
Take meeting notes and ensure clear action items are documented and followed up
Support in managing special projects across multiple businesses (barbershop, product line, franchising, etc.)
Assist in content planning and communication with social media/marketing teams
Maintain confidentiality and handle personal matters with professionalism

Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication (English required, Arabic is a plus)
Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, task managers, calendar tools, etc.
Trustworthy, loyal, and able to handle high-level information with discretion
Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and fast decision-making

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
