IIQAF is seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Assistant to join our company and help ensure the smooth operations of top-level executives. Responsibilities will include calendar management, travel arrangements, communications coordination, and providing administrative support to the Executives. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily activities and scheduling of Executives including calendar management, travel bookings, and meeting planning
Prepare various reports as needed by Executive staff
Ensure correspondence, mails, and other materials are sent in a timely and accurate manner
Act as the first point of contact with potential clients, both on the phone and via email, and respond to incoming inquiries in a professional manner
Create presentations, reports, agendas, and memos on behalf of Executives
Handle confidential information and data with discretion
Assist with special projects and other ad hoc requests as required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of related experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional environment
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Google Suite
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Professional attitude and demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
