Our client is a business consulting firm, specializing in core services like company formation and provides a comprehensive suite of offerings, including visa assistance, bank account opening, accounting and auditing, and document-related services, etc.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant, who will play a pivotal role in supporting the team. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Manage and maintain confidential files and records.
Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments, including the preparation of meeting agendas and timely distribution of materials.
Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and other information relevant to the executive team.
Assist in project management, following up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage the day-to-day operation of the office, including office supplies, equipment, and general organization.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Arabic Language is preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
