Role: Executive Assistant

Reports into: Senior Vice President, Taste, Texture and Health, IMA and Country Lead

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high level administrative support to the regional leadership team; support Country Lead and IMA Taste, Texture and Health business and to coordinate activities initiated by business leaders in the region
• Coordinate with the commercial, development, controlling and legal teams on regional BU operations; Prepare regional vitality Report, sales reports and dashboards
• Handle Government & Public affairs: liaise with Dubai customs, Dubai Chamber, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Development Authority for all affiliate certification and registration needs
• Ensure sustainable and environment-friendly practices within the affiliate, in coordination with GWS and Global Sustainability Team
• Support IS central team for on the ground supervision and feedback, suppliers\' contracts renewals, purchase orders etc.; Act as first point of contact for the central teams and head office for the affiliate
• Corporate Communication: initiate local production/orders of corporate gifts, design calendars, printing needs; Organize affiliate events, and communications
• Legal: ensuring legal and contract lifecycle policies are properly followed, archived at the affiliate level

We Value:

• Bachelor or master\'s degree in Business.
• At least 7 years proven track record as Executive Assistant in a multinational environment
• Marketing/ event planning background
• Excellent communication skills to easily navigate in a global, multicultural and matrix environment, ability to influence across functions/divisions/markets, skilled at crucial conversations
• High level of autonomy, curiosity, growth mindset, and customer focus are highly valued
