We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator to support our Managing Director and manage key HR functions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative, project coordination, and HR tasks effectively. Freshers with 0-2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
Provide support to the Managing Director.
Coordinate projects, tasks, and schedules.
Arrange travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
HR Duties:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support performance management, attendance, and leave tracking.
Help implement HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
0-2 years of experience preferred (freshers welcome).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
