Job Description

The Role

We're assisting a rapidly growing real estate development company in Dubai in their search for a Trilingual Executive Assistant who can speak Chinese, Arabic and English fluently. This role will support senior executives with translation, interpretation and daily administrative tasks, while facilitating effective communication and coordination across internal teams, government entities and external partners. Responsibilities - Support executive meetings and business negotiations with accurate and professional interpretation. - Translate government documents, contracts, business correspondence and internal materials with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. - Assist executives in cross-departmental coordination and external communication with government bodies, partners and clients. - Handle general administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing, documentation and supporting executive workflows. - Organize and archive translation materials, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.



Requirements

Fluent in Chinese, Arabic and English (spoken and written). - Strong translation and interpretation skills. - UAE driving license is required. - Prior experience in real estate development or related industries is a plus. - Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
