Job Title:

Executive Assistant to the Chairman & Executive Assistant to the CEO (One Position Each)

Location:

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reporting to:

Chairman and CEO (both are Jordanian nationals)

About the Role:


We are seeking two highly skilled and professional Executive Assistants to provide dedicated support to our Chairman and CEO. These are pivotal roles that demand exceptional organizational ability, utmost discretion, and superior communication skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The ideal candidates will be proactive partners to our leadership, ensuring seamless operations and effective support for strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Executive & Administrative Coordination:

Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate international travel itineraries for the Chairman.

Communication & Information Flow:

Serve as the central communication hub, facilitating precise and timely information flow among the Board of Directors, senior executives, and various departments.

Meeting & Project Support:

Prepare briefing materials, record minutes for high-level meetings, and track follow-up actions and key deliverables for strategic projects.

Documentation & Reporting:

Draft, prepare, and format confidential documents, business reports, presentations, and other executive-level correspondence to the highest standards.

Business Support:

Conduct preliminary research and basic data analysis to support the executives in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Experience:

Female candidates of any nationality with a minimum of

3 years of experience

as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a multinational corporation or large enterprise.

Language Skills: Native / Business-fluent proficiency in both Arabic and English

(verbal and written) is

essential

.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Core Competencies:

Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and high interpersonal sensitivity to interact effectively with senior executives from diverse backgrounds. Impeccable integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and exceptional writing skills.
