Our client, a prominent player in the hospitality and retail sector, is seeking a dynamic and capable Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant (Female) to join their expanding business in the UAE. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including administrative support, compliance with local regulations, and assistance in relocating the owner\'s family from the UK.
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the company\'s leadership team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Local Regulations Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of local UAE rules and regulations relevant to business setup, ensuring compliance and expeditious setup processes.
Relocation Assistance: Facilitate the smooth relocation of the owner\'s family from the UK to Dubai, coordinating logistics, documentation, and any necessary arrangements.
Logistics and Inventory Management: Manage the logistics of shipping goods, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient stock control.
Time Management: Be highly proficient in time management to ensure the owner\'s busy schedule is effectively organized and executed.
Travel Coordination: Act as a travel coordinator for flights, hotels, cars, and other travel-related arrangements.
Support for Jewelry Shows: Travel with the owner\'s wife a few times a year to assist in the setup, management, and stock checking for her jewelry shows.
