Job Description
Strong knowledge in MS Exchange 2019- Have full knowledge about email encryption
- Propose improvements and solutions on current email infra
- PowerShell scripting for Exchange
- Responsible for the resolution through 2nd & 3rd line support for all Exchange issues
- Knowledgeable of Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) and integrated relay solutions
- Documentation of Exchange configuration, change and incident management
- Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management Best Practices
Preferred
Three to five (5) years of MS Exchange work experience- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred or equivalent years of work experience required
- Experience with Cisco ESA and/or Symantec DLP
Scope of work
Recommend solution for email encryption, email archival and DMARC- Assist in implementation of the projects highlighted above.
- Identify issues and mitigate identified email related issues from Exchange, Cisco ESA, MTA, DLP or any part of the email flow.
