Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators (preferred)

Job Role & Responsibilities - Excavator Operator
Operate excavator equipment safely and efficiently for digging, trenching, loading, grading and backfilling operations.
Check and inspect equipment before use to ensure proper working condition.
Follow site instructions and project plans given by the supervisor or site engineer.
Maintain machine cleanliness and basic daily maintenance/fuel checks.
Ensure safe working practices and comply with site safety regulations at all times.
Assist with minor manual labor tasks on site when the machine is idle.
Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and hours operated.
