Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced

Excavator Operator

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavators (20-ton, 30-ton, long-reach) to dig trenches, foundations, and other excavation tasks. Load and unload materials such as soil, gravel, and debris. Ensure daily inspection and routine maintenance of equipment. Follow site safety rules and adhere to company policies and procedures. Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and grade stakes. Collaborate with site supervisors and other equipment operators to complete tasks on schedule. Perform minor repairs or report major issues to the maintenance department. Maintain records of work performed and materials used. Operate equipment in tight or sensitive areas with precision. Support ground crew when equipment is not in use.

Requirements:

Valid UAE heavy equipment operator license (RTA/municipality, as applicable). At least 5 years of experience operating excavators in construction projects. Good understanding of machine operations, safety protocols, and site procedures. Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor environments. Ability to work long hours, including weekends or night shifts if required.
