Job Description

Linktal is currently hiring an Event Technology Manager with software solutions experience. Ideal candidates should be experts in programming or working with IT software, not infrastructure.

:

Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing the delivery of technology projects for events and non-events.

Events: - Coordinate Technology Requirements, agreeing on project objectives with clients. - Assign and manage account managers and technology project managers to ensure project delivery. - Track project progress and ensure they are within the budget. - Research software solutions & manage test implementation for different event technologies. - Maintain a comprehensive events solutions services catalog and supplier lists. - Evaluate competing solutions in the local and international markets. - Service clients, update, and report on project deliverables. - Manage post-event evaluation with account managers and set enhancement plans. - Provide data analysis and insights on the event, event engagement, and participants.

Other Technology Projects: - Prepare Business Requirement documents, scope of work, and technical presentations. - Understand the different technology solutions and products delivered by the department. - Track technology project progress and ensure they are within the budget and necessary approvals are made. - Assist the technical team in improving the design and development for the different Web and Mobile Apps managed by the department. - Manage product roadmaps for event registration, accreditation, and ticketing technology solutions. - Work with other departments to upsell existing products and services.

Requirements

Technologies: Database management, CMS, Website Management, Event Ticketing, Event Registration, Microsoft Power BI, Web and mobile app development, Digital Project Management, Data Management, Technology Services, Customer Service, Data science.

Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia Languages: English/Arabic is a plus. Education: BS in software engineering, computer science, or computer engineering. Years of experience: 6++
