Our client is a well-established boutique events agency specializing in high-end and luxury weddings, parties and corporate events.
We are hiring a UAE experienced events production manager from the events AV, lighting, sound and rigging sector to join their Dubai team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years UAE event production experience.

Role Summary
- Technical lead for events - technical drawings and production, set up, operations and tear down of sound, lighting and AV systems and post event analysis.
- Collaborate with the events operations, sales and marketing teams to deliver innovative and creative events.
- Collaborate with the creative team, sound, light and AV technicians, fabricators to bring the event to life.
- Technical labor resourcing with meticulous planning, tracking and execution pre-production, onsite and post-production.
- Project scoping and budgeting to plan and manage rental equipment and resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients; identify opportunities for new business, upselling, organic growth and client retention.
- 7 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 extensive experience in technical production for live and experiential events, conferences, private patties - successful delivery and within budget.
- Commercial acumen with an aptitude to manage projects to make profit.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Currently living in the United Arab Emirates \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to live and work in Dubai.
- Fluent in English.
- Professional work ethic, resilient and resourceful with the ability to resolve challenges quickly.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
