- Lead and directly manage 5 sales reps in the Events sector\xe2\x80\x99s sales force
- Travel approximately 50% + throughout the Middle East
- Responsible for instituting and enforcing sales process, tracking market and customer trends, and achieving revenue targets for the area
- Providing Go-to-Market sales strategies
- Support/drive key customer and product initiatives as developed within the business strategy.
- Leading Sales Representatives in developing customer partnerships and senior management relationships
- Partnership with other areas of the Aggreko business (Sales, Operations, Fleet, Logistics)
- You\xe2\x80\x99ll have general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors
- 3-5 years of Sales management experience
- Expertise in setting, measuring and tracking sales performance
- Experience in Strategy and Maintain market awareness
- 3-5 years of Events industry
- Previous sales experience
- Successfully maintain large & remote sales team across the Middle East.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or relevant experience
