HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable brand experiences? Do you have a genuine interest in delving into the variety of projects that the UAE-based Cartier Events Team has to offer? As an Event Project Manager, you will assist the department in ensuring that Cartier events are successfully led, managed, and executed to the highest standards.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
In this role, you will be pivotal in leading and managing end-to-end event development, from boutique animations to large-scale brand experiences, both in and outside of boutique settings. This position is special because it offers the opportunity to shape Cartier's brand image through innovative and impactful events, while also developing and mentoring a high-performing team.
Among various responsibilities, your main missions are to: * Lead and manage the Events Team, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.

• Co-lead the creative ideation process with the regional creative coms team, ensuring events align with the Maison's vision.
• Oversee full logistics and production timelines, ensuring every detail is delivered on time and to standard.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, manage, and develop team members; provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring team members have clear goals and support.
• Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Event Development & Implementation

• Execute the annual events calendar and tailored action plans in alignment with brand and business objectives.
• Co-lead with the regional creative coms team the creative ideation, ensuring every event is conceptually sound and aligns with the Maison.
• Brief agencies with clear, strategic, and creative direction, ensuring alignment with the event's core message and goals.

Project Orchestration & Execution

• Oversee full logistics and production timelines, ensuring every detail is delivered on time and to standard.
• Manage event execution across various formats (retail animations, private client events, partnership activations, etc.).
• Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to guarantee seamless execution from concept to post-event reporting.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Lead and manage the Cartier UAE Events Team, ensuring high performance and a collaborative environment.
• Oversee end-to-end event development, from boutique animations to large-scale brand experiences, aligning with Cartier's standards.
• Co-lead creative ideation with the regional creative coms team, ensuring events are conceptually sound and aligned with the Maison.
• Manage full logistics and production timelines, ensuring every detail is delivered on time and to standard.
• Possess 5+ years of experience in the creative events industry with a degree in a related field.
• Demonstrate strong skills in event management, budget control, vendor relations, and team leadership.
• Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English and preferably additional languages.
