Creative Zone Group is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Events & Partnerships Executive to join one or group entities in Dubai.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support the Marketing Team with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, initiatives, events and other programs

- Coordinate internal and external events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, inventory control, on sight deliverables, and maintaining stock of marketing collaterals \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring right material is available at the right time, right place

- Liaise with partners and vendors in maintaining contracts and agreements in a systematic format

- Understand the marketing dashboard and extract meaningful reports to initiate campaigns that help align the marketing KPIs

- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality timely delivery and execution of marketing programs and collaterals

- Conduct market research and competitor study to identify the trends and recent updates within the industry

- Liaise with external digital agencies to ensure the smooth flow of marketing campaigns

- Attend events on behalf of the company and maximise coverage

- Scheduling promotional presentations, maintaining an annual project calendar, and ensuring deadlines are respected

- Assist the Head of Marketing in the development and execution of all marketing and advertising strategies

- Align all social media / digital campaigns and schedule the calendars with all agencies/freelancers
