Events Operations Manager

Job Description

The Events Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all events held at the Private Estate, ensuring exceptional standards of service, discretion, and operational excellence. This role oversees end-to-end event logistics, vendor coordination, estate readiness, and guest experience. A key responsibility includes managing the preparation, presentation, and timely delivery of gifts, ensuring they are packaged to the highest standards and delivered accurately and confidentially.

Job Location: Fujairah, UAE



REQUIREMENTS:



Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Professional certifications in Event Management, Hospitality, or Project Management (advantageous). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event operations, hospitality management, or private estate management Proven experience managing high-profile, VIP, or private events Experience coordinating multiple vendors, suppliers, and internal teams simultaneously Demonstrated experience in managing gift logistics, including packing, presentation, inventory tracking, and delivery coordination

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Event & Operations Management



End-to-end event planning and execution Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Budget planning and cost control Vendor sourcing, contracting, and performance management Timeline and risk management for events

Gift Management & Logistics



Oversight of gift selection, inventory, packing, and presentation Ensuring gifts are packed elegantly, securely, and in line with cultural and brand standards Coordinating accurate and timely delivery of gifts to guests and external locations Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all gift-related matters Tracking deliveries and ensuring confirmation of receipt

Leadership & Communication



Team leadership and staff supervision during events Clear communication with principals, senior management, and stakeholders High level of professionalism and discretion Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes

Cultural Awareness & Guest Experience



Strong understanding of UAE customs, traditions, and VIP protocols Focus on exceptional guest experience and attention to detail Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively

Technical & Administrative Skills



Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools Strong reporting and documentation skills Inventory and asset management
