M2L CONCEPTS is seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven
Events Manager
to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent vendor management experience, and the ability to deliver exceptional events within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute corporate, private, and branded events from initial concept to final delivery
Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives, requirements, and expectations
Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure cost-effective execution
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, suppliers, venues, and contractors
Oversee event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
Lead and supervise event staff, freelancers, and support teams
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations
Handle post-event evaluations and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
Resolve any issues or emergencies during events promptly and professionally
Requirements
Proven experience as an Events Manager or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and client management skills
Experience in budget planning and vendor negotiations
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
