Events Logistics Coordinator
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the logistics coordination of assigned events, projects & exhibitions.
- Prepare and deliver multimodal transport solutions according to the Scope of Work.
- On-site pre-event route & contingency checks.
- Oversee Events & Projects and will have to act quickly to resolve problems.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms.
- Minimum 02 years' experience in managing Events & Projects
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Vendor management skills
