An ambitious field leader capable of creating a collaborative work environment with branches and linking our activities to national and religious occasions to increase in-branch sales.Responsibilities:
Innovate and organize promotional events linked to national holidays, religious occasions, and public holidays to increase visitor flow. Coordinate with branches to cover their field activities and creatively document media for each branch independently. Lead negotiations and field visits to secure contracts for 13 new branches throughout the year. Skillfully document all events and occasions to provide the advertising division with necessary raw materials. Work directly to increase sales of existing branches by 10% to 15% through field-based activities.
Skills:
Exceptional negotiation and public relations skills with a strong ability for field persuasion. High capacity for logistical organization and managing public-facing events.
Essential Condition: A valid UAE driving license.(Required)
Benefits:
Basic monthly salary: AED 3,000. Highly lucrative commissions linked to the successful acquisition of new branch contracts. Mobile and transportation allowance.

Full proficiency in Arabic and English.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
