The Role
Position Title: Events Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: One of the leading catering and hospitality services provider in UAE Job Role: - Responsible for selling off-site events and locations - Handle all meetings and catering inquiries according to standard procedures - Act as a one-stop shop for clients for detailed event planning and work closely with banquet operations, food & beverage management, finance, and external suppliers - Satisfy the need of the clients whilst optimizing Operations revenue through strategic yield management and upselling - Conduct site inspections, client entertainment, and familiarization. Send all correspondence to clients regarding banquet events, such as proposals, confirmation or agreement letters, amendments, etc.
Requirements
Requirements: - Open to Asian and Arabic nationals - Female, 38 years old and below - At least 3 years experience on the same role - Must have a good customer service skill - Immediate joiners are prioritized
