Job Description

We are looking for an Events Director with experience in planning & executing local & International events whose job responsibilities would include: Planning & organizing various promotional, business and social events. Taking on full responsibility for event sales, services, event performance and profitability, while also maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Creating and designing event programmes, including event themes, branding and creative approaches to improve audience engagement and interaction. Managing employees working on events. Able to manage multiple timelines & deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment. Excellent client management experiences & able to maximize revenue by upselling. Conducting ROI analysis to ensure effective allocation of corporate funds to achieve business and sales objectives. Confidently building relationships and pitching new ideas to potential customers. Excellent problem-solving skills, able to come up with solutions and overcome obstacles. Requirements: 8-10 years experience in event management Masters/ Post Graduate Diploma in related field Excellent written and oral communication skills A multi-tasker with an aptitude for problem solving Ability to work independently Candidates should be based in Bahrain & have similar work experience.
