Job Description

JOB PURPOSE/MAIN FUNCTIONS: · Actively participate in the venues search, engaging and maintaining relations with various parties involved (hotels, events companies, catering, etc.) · Assist in the development of event schedule, content material, marketing collaterals, and more. · Connect with the various service and product lines to create content material to present during events. · Execute administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports. · Align with Corporate Communication Department to ensure branding guidelines are met at all stages.
