We are currently recruiting for Events Coordinator - Snapchat to be based out of their office in Dubai.Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly; interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions/levels.
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally at all team levels.
- Outstanding people skills.
- Adaptability to navigate changing circumstances and rapidly shifting priorities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, requests, vendors, with little direction and work independently.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a company.
- Event & Hospitality management experience.
- Vendor management experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to remain agile and adaptable in a dynamic environment - must be able to prioritize, reprioritize and multitask.
- Strong communicator that can confidently speak at team, management, and external guests at levels within the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google\xe2\x80\x99s G Suite and MacOS.
- Food Service or Hospitality experience
- Vendor management experience.
