Job Description

The Events & Production Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and productions. They will oversee all aspects of event management, from initial concept development to on-site coordination and follow-up activities. The Events & Production Manager will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality events that meet client objectives. The role requires strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements. Develop event concepts and themes that align with client goals. Plan and manage event budgets, including vendor negotiations and cost control. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of event materials and services. Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary equipment and services. Manage on-site event logistics and provide support to clients and attendees. Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management. Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in event planning and production. Strong project management and organizational skills.
