Job Summary:

The Travel and Holiday Consultant is responsible for providing professional travel advice, planning, and booking services for leisure and corporate clients. The role involves creating customized holiday packages, managing bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from inquiry to post-travel follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to identify their travel preferences, budget, and expectations. Plan, design, and sell tailored travel itineraries, holiday packages, and group tours. Book and confirm flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance. Advise clients on travel requirements such as visas, vaccinations, currency, and weather conditions. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and ground handlers to ensure seamless service. Manage amendments, cancellations, and resolve travel issues efficiently. Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and promotions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Keep accurate records of client profiles, bookings, and payments. Provide post-travel support and gather feedback to improve services.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). 2-4 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of international and regional destinations. Proficiency in reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
