Job Description
We are seeking a creative and energetic
Events & Activities Coordinator
to join our Events Department. The role involves planning, organizing, and delivering engaging activities such as arts & crafts, face painting, slime workshops, storytelling, and other entertainment programs during events. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, artistic, and enjoys working with children and families to create memorable event experiences.Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and execute
arts & crafts sessions, face painting, workshops, storytelling, and interactive games
during events. Assist the Events Department in designing and deliveringcreative, fun, and engaging programs
for children and families. Set up and manage activity stations, ensuring all materials and equipment are available and safe to use. Interact with guests in afriendly and professional manner
, encouraging participation and ensuring a positive experience. Develop newcreative concepts and activities
to keep events fresh and exciting. Ensure compliance withhealth, safety, and hygiene standards
, particularly when working with children. Collaborate with the events team to supportlarger functions, festivals, and themed programs
. Maintain and manage inventory of arts & crafts materials and supplies. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving activities and guest engagement.Qualifications & Skills
Background in
arts & crafts, creative workshops, or child engagement activities
preferred. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
, especially with children and families. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask during busy events. Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for deliveringfun and memorable experiences
. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per event schedules. Basic computer knowledge.Job Type: Full-time
