About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, disciplined, and detail-driven

Event & Talent Coordinator

to join our Dubai team. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages tasks with precision, and communicates confidently in both spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle bookings of models, hostesses, and promotional staff for events, campaigns, and shoots Communicate professionally with clients regarding requirements, briefings, and timelines Maintain, update, and organize the talent database with full accuracy Assist with casting coordination, scheduling, and availability checks Prepare and manage paperwork, contracts, and client/talent correspondence Support the team with project management for brand activations and shoots Attend events or castings for onsite supervision when needed

What You Need to Succeed:

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

-- ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

(especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Confident and professional communication skills

(both written and verbal in English) Previous experience in events, staffing, marketing, or talent agency work is a plus Ability to handle client communication professionally and meet deadlines Based in Dubai (driving license is a bonus but not essential)
