Job Description

We are looking for reliable, well-presented, and communicative individuals to join us for upcoming event season in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

Safely

and expertly operate buggies and golf carts to

transport guests

, visitors, and VIPs across the event site, adhering strictly to all designated routes and safety protocols.

Provide a world-class level of polite and proactive hospitality to all passengers, acting as a welcoming ambassador for the event and the city of Abu Dhabi.

Maintain an excellent and presentable personal appearance and uniform at all times, reflecting the premium standard of the event.

Utilize strong verbal communication skills to warmly greet guests, engage courteously, and clearly convey information regarding event directions and transport times.

Become thoroughly familiar with the event venue layout and designated pick-up/drop-off zones to ensure efficient and timely guest movement.

Serve as a knowledgeable on-site contact, ready to answer basic inquiries about the event schedule, facilities, and local area, or redirect complex questions to the appropriate team member.

Conduct mandatory daily pre-operation checks on assigned vehicles (buggies/golf carts), immediately reporting any mechanical faults, damage, or cleanliness issues to the supervisor.

Demonstrate full flexibility and

commitment to a demanding schedule,

including working extended hours daily, and being fully available on weekdays, weekends, and during public holidays.

Work collaboratively with security, operations, and dispatch teams, communicating clearly via radio or designated channels to manage traffic flow and coordinate services effectively.

Handle any guest complaints or challenging situations with patience, professionalism, and politeness, ensuring service recovery where possible.

Comply strictly with all local traffic, safety, and operational regulations

relevant to driving utility vehicles within the event environment.

Requirements:

Valid Emirates ID.

Valid UAE Driving License

.
Fluent in English.
Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service.
Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
