Our client is seeking an Event Specialist for an F & B Retail firm in the UAE. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- To manage and oversee the operations of events and catering department.
- Responsible for setting yearly budgets in line with year-on-year growth and business needs..
- Responsible for the operational running of the corporate accounts.
- Monitor, oversee and expand the business development of the department. Will be focusing on client acquisition, retention and relationship building in F&B, events or catering industries
- Review and monitor post event evaluations, ROI\xe2\x80\x99s
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 yrs experience in F&B, Hospitality or Catering field doing business development
- Must have active client portfolio
- Fluency in English language is a must, and knowledge of any European languages, Arabic or other languages would be a plus
