Role Overview

The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing exhibition events from concept to completion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple vendors, stakeholders, and deadlines. You will play a key part in delivering outstanding onsite experiences for attendees and exhibitors.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute exhibition events, ensuring flawless delivery Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, venues, and internal teams Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics Oversee booth design, floor plans, and overall event layout Handle exhibitor communications, onboarding, and support Monitor event setup and breakdown, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Assist with marketing materials, registration processes, and promotional activities Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports Stay updated on event industry trends and recommend innovative solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in event planning, exhibitions, or trade shows Strong project management and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with event management tools/software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as required Creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences
