Job Description

Event Security Guard Requirement:

  • Must have an Event Guard License
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and approachable disposition
  • Excellent customer service approach and ability to de-escalate situations
  • Proven experience in crowd management, access control, deployments and evictions
  • Minimum 2 years and more event security experience
Desired experience for event security includes: Crowd management Direct guests to seating, services, and in case of emergency Enforce local laws and regulations Ensure guests and employees' safety Maintain access points, open aisles, means of egress Monitor crowd behavior Responsibilities: Monitor the event - make sure rules are being followed and help provide a sense of protection for attendees and staff. Maintain order - this included directing foot traffic, helping lost people, or assisting in disturbances. Escort attendees out of the event - making sure people don't re-enter when they aren't supposed to or assisting someone with health problems to a safe area. Make regular reports - guards are responsible for reporting any suspicious activity to their supervisor. Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Part-time hours: 56 per week Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
