To drive delegate acquisition for conferences and events by achieving sales targets, expanding community reach, and ensuring effective coordination of pre-event and onsite delegate-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve delegate acquisition sales targets in both volume and value.
Proactively engage and inspire target audiences to register and participate in relevant events.
Collaborate with local and regional societies, associations, and media partners to maximize outreach and event visibility.
Accurately process registration data for each event and report to the Project Lead for review and tracking.
Maintain weekly progress reports on delegate sales performance and share updates with the internal team and clients.
Delegate telecalling tasks effectively to support staff and ensure performance targets are met.
Manage and regularly update event-related social media platforms with flyers, promotions, and program highlights.
Oversee the distribution and performance of email and SMS campaigns; manage databases to ensure accurate and targeted outreach.
Coordinate with the IT team for event setup in the internal event management system .
Ensure timely execution of email and SMS reminders for delegates ahead of all events.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on-site plans and timelines for smooth delegate operations during events.
